Last but not least are two Canadian sites dedicated to all things beef and poultry. The
http://www.chicken.ca sites offer recipes, cooking and handling tips, nutritional/health information, contests and a FAQ section. The beef site recipe section is quite comprehensive- you can find a recipe to suit either a cut of beef, cooking method or the type of recipe you wish to prepare (appetizer, main etc...). For the time-starved, a 20 minutes or under section serves up solid meals like Dijon Beef and Greens and Bourbon Peppercorn Steak. The chicken site lists a feature recipe as well as a recipe archive organized in alphabetical order. So now when you're looking to make a recipe that calls for a pint of apples with a demi of maple syrup cooked at gas mark 1, you'll know where to go and what to do. Happy trails!
