Vegan indeed and suitable for most diabetics too! As one dinner guest proclaimed at our place a few weeks back: "chocolate, without the guilt- what's not to love?" Indeed. I've also linked your choco news in my piece for more sweet reading! :-)

How excellent that I can finally say chocolate is a healthy food, without going through all the twist and turns of the denial/fooling myself process! It sound like this chocolate would be a great dessert after some chicken mole. Uh-oh; it's only 9 in the morning and you've got me jonesing for dinner, Mary Luz!
