I read that too- something about coffee protecting the liver from sirrhosis (sp?)- who knew! As I always say- dreaming is free :-)

My brother-in-law, who has adult-onseet diabetes, recently told me that cinnamon lowers blood sugar. So add a little cinnamon to your coffee, and whamo! - health affects on top of a pick-me-up.
