I chuckled reading your Swine & Dine piece Mary Luz! Caleb went to a conference in Nashville a year ago, he wilts in the heat (as do I) but called me from a long line on a hot day at a BBQ stand with a good reputation among the locals.

He said it was worth it and brought home a locally made sauce. We really enjoyed it and only Tennessee bbq could entice him to queue up in that sort of heat...
