Hahaha! Now that would have been a site! Alas, no. No one dared utter a word to her- poor thing, she was trying so hard not to be recognized (but draped in black skull and cross bones like a member of Guns n' Roses you kinda stick out a bit in Harrods...).
She had 4 different kinds of salamis and cured meats though- I think she was hosting a party because she's so skinny, I can't believe she'd eat all that solo!
