Hi Mary Luz - I just had to comment after I read your piece about the problem with recipes and people just having no connection to real food whatsoever, and how hard it is to write recipes these days. I myself have already made plans to do video demos of recipes that I give to my clients - my high definition camcorder is on order as we speak! Very soon there will be a video presence of Lemon Holistic! happy

That's interesting- so you agree there's a disconnect between people, cooking and food these days. Do yout think your video demos will address that gap effectively? I'd love to hear how it turns out for you...

Mary Luz, I think there is now an entire generation that has lost the connection to real food - they just know to eat at the mall, or throw something into the microwave. (I have had someone ask me when I said "lemon" if that was the yellow one.) And I don't think they are opposed to trying to learn, I think they just feel insecure, and need someone to show them, simply, in a non-judgmental way, and explain the benefits, and show passion! People feed off of other's passion and excitement. I cannot wait to start the videos, and will definitely keep you updated happy
