I hope Cuba was wonderful. Mojitos are the only reason I have a blender with an ice crusher ! :-)
Yes, I agree: no mint stuck in the teeth, please. Although I don't "bartend" often, I will try your recipe and get back to you with a reaction. Or maybe I'll be too busy . . . having another taste! Thanks - I'm motivated and look forward to a sunny afternoon in the backyard, blender nearby. I used to grow mint back there, actually - but our other weeds (oregano!) killed it off. Sigh, thank goodness they have plenty of mint at our market.
