one pony curacao, and one pony kirsch.

In response to Pony posted by Leaetta:
Hi Leaetta--
According to my research, a pony- is a measurement used in preparing drinks/cocktails and is the equivalent of One (1) ounce or 30 ml, if you prefer.
The name pony refers to a bar measure (usually a metal double cup or bar tool) used to measure out ounces for cocktails. There is a 1 ounce cup on one end (called a Pony), the other side is usualy 11/2 or 2 ounce cup. Hence the odd name. Happy cocktail mixing!
